The Rock-Solid Resolution Challenge (RSR) is a Climbing and Fitness Challenge designed to help members and non-members kickstart their fitness journey for 2025. Participants will be motivated to engage with the BKB community, track their progress using WHOOP wearables, and achieve weekly goals to remain eligible for prizes.

Requirements: Participants will recieve a FREE WHOOP wearable and access to the BKB WHOOP Team to monitor and document their progress, with weekly tasks to ensure eligibility for prizes.

- Overall Winner: Highest combined strain and recovery scores

- Best Recovery Improvement: Most significant improvement in recovery scores over the month
- Sleep Champion: Highest overall sleep performance
