YOGA AT BKB WITH BAREFEET

Bare Feet Yoga is at the core of our yoga experience. Through classes, workshops, and events, they teach you to unite your body, your mind, and your spirit to create harmony within and all around. They are passionate about yoga’s profound ability to empower, heal, and elevate us to live a life that aligns with our highest potential. 

Bare Feet’s classes are well rounded and rooted in Power Yoga, so you can expect to experience a flow style class most often, with some wonderful yin, restorative, and recovery options mixed in. They have a variety of teachers, each with their own style and unique gifts to share. The community here is strong and at the center of its creation, so you’ll be inspired by special events and workshops throughout the year.

As a women owned and operated business, they have served the Chicago yoga community since 2012. In 2024, their business collaborated with BKB to help bring more wellness into the West Loop. 

A lot of Bare Feet’s classes are heated. Why bring the heat? Sweating helps our body to detoxify and encourages the elimination of heavy metals and toxins. The infrared heaters in the yoga space increase circulation, reduce muscle and joint pain, increase elasticity and collagen production, stimulate the immune system, and strengthen our mental health by aiding in relaxation and stress reduction. 

Not into the heat? That’s okay, we have plenty of non-heated options as well, we offer at least one non-heated class each day to keep everyone healthy and happy.
