KIRSTEN LEFELDT

Kirsten believes that training should never be a chore but a celebration of what your body is capable of. She grew up in northern Germany and has always loved being active, especially outdoors. From Stand-up Paddleboard Racing to Ninja Warrior, she favors the off-the-beaten-path activities, that’s why clients have called her “The adventure mentor“. Looking to switch up your routine? Kirsten will be the coach for you. All fitness levels are welcome.

Kirsten’s Certifications:

-Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE)

-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  

-TRX Instructor and Brand Ambassador. 

She has also completed certifications in Posture Alignment, assisted stretching and Pain free performance.
